Registration Guidelines

The School of postgraduate studies has released new/reviewed registration guidelines for registration. All payments will now be done via the remita payment platform.

Find below the reviewed guidelines.

The Registration steps are outlined below:

  1. Generation of Acceptance Fees Transaction ID (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply)
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Click on Generate beside Acceptance Fee
  2. Payment of Acceptance Fees
    1. Logon to https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/FUDUTSINMA/biller.spa
    2. Select SPGS ACCEPTANCE FEE” under “NAME OF SERVICE/PURPOSE”
    3. Type in your Acceptance Fees Transaction ID
    4. Type in Your Course of Study
    5. Type in Your application Number
    6. Type the amount to pay (Note: Amount should be same as displayed on your Acceptance Fee Transaction Slip)
    7. Type in payer details and Generate RRR
  3. Use any of the available mediums to pay on remita (online or via any commercial bank)
  4. Return to the Portal to submit your Aceptance Fees RRR (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply)
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Type in your Acceptance Fees RRR
    4. Click on “SUBMIT RRR”
  5. Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fee should be submitted to SPGS Bursary Unit.
  6. Print out and bring the following Documents to the School of Postgraduate Studies for screening and clearance:
    1. Admission Letter
    2. Acceptance Payment Receipt
    3. Acceptance Letter/Form
    4. NYSC Certificate
    5. Two Recent Passport photographs
    6. Birth Certificate
    7. LGA/State of Origin
    8. Release Letter from Employer if applicable
    9. Printout of Application Form
    10. O’Level Certificate(s)
    11. Photocopies of all Academic and Professional Qualifications.
  7. Generate your School Fees Transaction ID (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply).
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Select Full or half payment depending on the payment type (Note: half payment attracts an additional fee)
    4. Click on Generate beside “School Fees”
  8. Visit (https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/FUDUTSINMA/biller.spa ) to generate RRR for payment of School Fees. Note: The amount on your School Fees Transaction ID must be the same as that of your School Fees RRR.
    1. Logon to https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/FUDUTSINMA/biller.spa
    2. Select SPGS REGISTRATION FEES(FRESH STUDENT)” under “NAME OF SERVICE/PURPOSE”
    3. Type in your School Fees Transaction ID
    4. Type in your Faculty
    5. Type in your Department
    6. Type in Your Course of Study
    7. Type in Your application Number
    8. Type the amount to pay (Note: Amount should be same as displayed on your school Fees Transaction Slip)
    9. Type in payer details and Generate RRR
  9. Use any of the available mediums to pay on remita (online or via any commercial bank)
  10. Return to the Portal to submit your School Fees RRR (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply)
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Type in your School Fees RRR
    4. Click on “SUBMIT RRR”
  11. Wait for 24 Hours, you will get an e-mail notifying you that your payment has been processed.
  12. Generate SPGS Charges Transaction ID from the Portal (http://fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply).
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Click on Generate beside “SPGS Charges”
  13. Visit (https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/FUDUTSINMA/biller.spa ) to generate RRR for payment of SPGS Charges. Note: The amount on your SPGS Charges Transaction ID must be the same as that of your SPGS Charges RRR.
    1. Logon to https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/FUDUTSINMA/biller.spa
    2. Select SPGS CHARGES” under “NAME OF SERVICE/PURPOSE”
    3. Type in your School Fees Transaction ID
    4. Type in your Faculty
    5. Type in your Department
    6. Type in Your Course of Study
    7. Type in Your Matriculation Number
    8. Type the amount to pay (Note: Amount should be same as displayed on your SPGS Charges Transaction Slip)
    9. Type in payer details and Generate RRR
  14. Use any of the available mediums to pay on remita (online or via any commercial bank)
  15. Return to the Portal to submit your SPGS Charges RRR (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng/apply)
    1. Login using your “Application Number” and “email”
    2. Click on Payments
    3. Type in your SPGS Charges RRR
    4. Click on “SUBMIT RRR”
  16. Wait for 24 Hours, you will get an e-mail notifying you that your payment has been processed.
  17. Visit (http://pgs.fudutsinma.edu.ng ) for Course Registration.
    1. You will require your matriculation number and password to complete your registration
    2. Your Matriculation number and password will be emailed to you.
  18. Proceed to your Department/Faculty with copies of all your payment receipts and credentials for Registration.
  19. Proceed to FUDMA Clinic for Medical Examination.
  20. Proceed to FUDMA Security Unit for ID card.
  21. Proceed to the School of Postgraduate Studies with Your Medical Certificate, copies of all your payment receipts, credentials and Course Registration form for documentation.
  22. Late submission of completed registration file to SPGS attracts N5, 000.00
